Originally from Torrington, Wyoming, Toby graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Finance. His extensive career in military leadership and financial management uniquely positions him to guide clients through complex lending scenarios with precision and confidence.

Toby currently serves as Deputy Adjutant General for the Wyoming National Guard as a citizen soldier. His service includes:
