With 40 years in mortgage banking, I've seen just about every shift this industry has to offer - and I've never stopped evolving with it. As Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation at Summit Lending, I bring together deep lending experience, digital strategy, and a heart for supporting people in building sustainable success.

I focus on helping loan officers grow with clarity and confidence by working on:

  • Managing Summit Lending's website and curating content across platforms

  • CRM automation and content systems (EmpowerLO / Go High Level)

  • Supporting our incredible onboarding team as they help new LOs navigate transitions - because onboarding is a team sport, and I'm just one part of making it smoother for everyone involved

  • Building internal training and knowledge-sharing tools through Knowledge Coop

  • Coaching and mentoring loan officers around social media, SEO, marketing strategy, and getting systems in place that give them back time to focus on what matters - especially that Green Zone time DC always reminds us to protect.

  • Guiding individuals or teams on accessible tools like Canva and Descript to improve branding and communication

  • Continuing to originate loans in CA, WA, and OR when it serves our clients and team

While I've built a strong reputation as a VA loan specialist, that's only part of the story. What drives me today is helping others grow through systems, support, and simplicity - and showing up with heart at every step.

Outside of my work with Summit, I volunteer at One Heart Wild Sanctuary, where I support the healing work of animals and humans alike. It's a powerful reminder that real growth happens when we're seen, supported, and connected - whether we're behind a desk or in a pasture.
