Reece Andrews is the Reverse Mortgage Division Leader at Summit Lending, bringing a strong background in mortgage lending, sales strategy, and personalized client service. With experience across mortgage consulting, advisory roles, and executive-level loan production, he offers clients a thoughtful and results-driven approach to lending.
Before joining Summit Lending, Reece served as Assistant Vice President at Atlantic Avenue Mortgage, where he helped drive revenue growth, lead sales initiatives, and contribute to sales policies and procedures that supported measurable results. During his time there, he earned recognition as a top originator and closed $13.5 million in mortgages in just six weeks, representing $30 million in real estate transactions.
Earlier in his career, Reece also held roles as a Senior Associate at SkyView Advisors and Mortgage Consultant at Newrez LLC, where he built a strong foundation in customized mortgage solutions, client communication, and consultative service.
At Summit Lending, Reece is focused on combining the efficiency and technology of a modern lending organization with the personalized attention of a boutique client experience. He believes the best outcomes come from pairing smart systems with genuine intentions to help people make informed financial decisions.
Known for his passion for learning and constant self-improvement, Reece is always seeking new ways to grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, listening to books, and working on the never-ending challenge of lowering his golf handicap.
