A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm David Rodriguez, Director of the Hispanic Division at Summit Lending and a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer in Kansas City serving Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, I'm passionate about helping families, real estate partners, and business professionals build stronger futures through education, connection, and homeownership.

My work goes beyond closing loans. I believe lending is a way to create opportunity, build trust, and connect people across communities. As a Venezuelan immigrant, I'm especially committed to empowering the Hispanic community by helping families understand the homebuying process, grow within American culture, and recognize the value they bring to the communities they serve.

My team and I specialize in working with first-time buyers and Spanish-speaking families, making sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported in their preferred language. In 2023, I helped fund over $17 million in home loans, with much of that work focused on helping families begin building generational wealth.

I'm also passionate about creating meaningful relationships with real estate agents, past clients, and professionals from different industries. Through education, community connection, and our VIP program, I work to bring people together so they can support one another and grow.
